-Employers, you can not validly enforce employees an obligation of neutrality (prohibiting every political, philosophical or religious visual sign), even if this is:
- provided in the internal rules of the company
- general and undifferentiated (…exit the focus on the only port of the headscarf)
- only applicable to employees who are in contact with clients
For being valid, the clause of neutrality must not only refer to the expression of religious beliefs, but also to the political and philosophical beliefs.
