The Law "Purchasing Power" : exit the "PEPA", Long Live the "PPV" 

Voted in the Official Journal on April 17 at the same time as the amending Finance Law for 2022, the law regarding Purchasing Power (Law n° 2022-1158 relating to emergency measures for the protection of purchasing power) introduces the Premium of Value Sharing (PPV) which cancels, replaces and perpetuates the Purchasing Power Prime (PEPA), known in the past as the "Prime Macron".
