Setting up the SEC : the dead-line is approaching !

This autumn, the priority n ° 1 for HR managers must be the establishment, before December 31, of the SEC (Social and Economic Committee), the single body which merges and replaces the old representative institutions of employees (staff representatives, CE and CHSCT). The SEC is mandatory for all companies with at least 11 employees. Since the setting up of the SEC takes approximately 3 months, there is urgency.
