PART-TIME : 35 weekly hours worked = requalification in full-time contract !
-Even though the duration of his contract is fixed monthly, is it possible for a part-time employee to ask for requalification of the employment contract into a full-time contract, as soon as he/she exceeds, in one week, the statutory 35 hours? YES, as we can see in a new important decision of the French High Court (Cass. Soc. 15-9-2021 n ° 19-19.563) which is particularly severe for the employer.
