Overtime : Beware of its systematic use
-In France, and especially since the Covid-19 pandemic, asking employees to work extra hours in order to cope with a labor shortage (and / or increased activity) is a common practice. However, be careful ! Do NOT systematize it : indeed, even if the employee does not, in principle, have the right to refuse it, he can now validly do so, if the employer continues to ask for overtime systematically… The employer, who is at fault, will have no recourse: neither to make the employee listen to reason, nor to separate from the employee!
