Can employees who work from home benefit from their meal vouchers? Yes, if we refer to the French labor code (art. L. 1222-9 III) which guarantees the employee who works from home “the same rights as the employee who performs his work on the premises of the company”. And yet ... a binary answer seems impossible today. This recent decision of the Court of Nanterre shows this.
