2024 Measures to tackle unemployment and job shortage
-After abandoning their position, it is now, since January 1st, the refusal of two permanent employment contracts (over a period of 12 months) by an employee who works on a fixed-term contract or temporary contract, which will deprive them of unemployment benefits (Decree n°2023-1307, Dec. 28, 2023: JO, Dec. 29).
